3 Things You Can Do Right Now To Organize Your Digital Life

It’s 7 degrees out on the East Coast, and you can bet I’m not leaving the house. While the weather is stopping me from being productive outside my home, there’s several things that I’ve been wanting to do to get organized at home. Now step aside Marie Kondo, these three apps will get your digital life organized in just a few minutes.

  1. Unroll.me - Ok, I’m guilty. I’m that person with THOUSANDS of unread e-mail messages. I’m not kidding. I have six inboxes that I manage (business, personal, clients), and the unread emails are getting out of control. Granted, many of them are promotional e-mails or ads that I just let sit there and accumulate, but I realized there had to be a better way. Head over to Unroll.me, link your e-mail accounts, and in one simple dashboard unsubscribe from a mass amount of emails.

  2. LastPass - Passwords are the bane of my existence. I can’t remember them all for the life of me, and usually end up having to reset them every time (And that process as we all know is a major time sucker.) While Apple has the ‘Face Recognition’ now, it still backfires sometimes, and doesn’t help when you’re on a desktop. So to save you some time, this little app offers you a place to create, store and remember your passwords.

  3. Shoeboxed - Get all those receipts in order with this simple app. Take a photo of your receipt and the data automatically gets pulled in and sorted for your taxes or expense reports. Not a small business owner? This tool still comes in handy for anyone that might be an impulse shopper and needs to keep in track of your receipts for your returns (literally me!).
